I'm Matt Bridgeman, a Bournemouth Uni graduate and Portsmouth based front-end developer.
My heart is in building UI with an emphasis on simplicity, cutting the bloat of web to make user experiences as immediate and useful as possible.
RWD is at the heart of engaging user experience and good web practice.
Emphasising core UI elements and base styling that's detached from structure.
Syphoning useful tools from the myriad available.
Constantly evaluating the use of tools to improve efficiency and ease of development.
Striving for constistency in project structure and application of style guides.
Sept 2008 - June 2011

Focussing on areas such as the production and marketing of newspapers, TV, film and digital media, Media studies was my entry point to what I love now.
For me animations, calculations and general programming have been aided by a solid base of mathematics.
